Brunel IMXZD Digital Stereomicroscope
This is a digital version of what has proved to be one of our most popular zoom stereos during the last few years. The addition of LED illumination and an excellently designed ergonomic base has greatly enhanced this model.
The Stereomicroscope:
The stereohead zooms from x1 to x4 continuously which with the x10 widefield eyepieces gives a magnification range of x10 to x40.

The eyetubes have interpupillary and dioptric adjustment and are fitted with HWF x10 widefield eyepieces.

The pole stand allows coarse focus control with a rack and pinion on the focus block providing the fine focus movement.
|
|
●
|
The excellent LED illumination provides both incident and transmitted lighting that can be used independently or together. The incident system has a variable angle and is mounted as part of the focus block.

The stand has been particularly well designed with sloping side wrist rests.
|
Camera specification:
The camera has a 1.3M pixel CMOS chip and is supported by software taht is suitable for Windows XP/Vista/7 and 8 in both 32 and 64 bit. This is included with the microscope and the necessary drivers. Stp by step instructions are provided that require relatively little computer knowledge to get things working.
